Hi there, just a quick rant.....
to anyone thinking of changing ISPs please don't even consider DODO....
I have just spent over an hour frustrated on their phone system...I literally was on hold for just over 30 mins before I spoke to someone. (In order to resolve an issue that I had already dealt with, but had been overlooked by their staff)....she told me that she would get the person to call me (yeah right, heard that before), but that there was a direct no that I could contact them on, if I wanted to...OK I said, give me that no. She gave me the no that I had used to call her....with different number options. I asked if she could put me through to that department - guess what? they "don't have transfer capabilities "...so I called the no again, and I put in the right options and I sat on hold for another 15 mins. At that point I decided I had had enough and hung up....for now. I Will have to ring and tackle them again or the issue will never be resolved.
However this whole issue has reminded me that customer service is sooooo important in an isp and I am so glad I made the decision to stick with my old isp after we moved....check them out at www.dcsi.net.au their customer service is second to none, and I think they deserve to be acknowledged.
